Peter Marc Farrugia is a warranted Gestalt psychotherapist and a doctoral researcher in theology at St Mary’s University, London. His work brings Christian theology into conversation with trauma, safeguarding, memory and symbolic practice. His current research concerns ecclesial time, judgement, memory and the limits of closure after harm. He studied Divinity at the University of Cambridge and has further postgraduate training in conflict analysis and psychotherapy.
Alongside academic writing and clinical practice, he develops devotional, visual and musical projects concerned with iconography, chant, dream and relational presence. These works adapt inherited forms experimentally and are presented as personal constructions rather than recovered historical systems.
